Etilu Margaret Fulfils Pledge, Delivers Water Bowser and Essential Equipment to Amuria Communities

AMURIA DISTRICT | Amuria District Woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Margaret Etilu, has fulfilled a commitment made to her constituents by delivering a water bowser and other essential equipment intended to help communities address some of the challenges affecting them.

The items handed over include a water bowser, water tanks, tents, chairs and a truck, which will provide practical support to communities in different areas of the district.

The water bowser and tanks are expected to strengthen access to water, particularly for communities experiencing difficulties obtaining adequate water supplies. The equipment could also provide support during periods of water shortage and other situations requiring emergency water distribution.

The tents and chairs will support community gatherings and other public activities, while the truck is expected to improve the transportation and logistical capacity needed to support community initiatives.

Speaking during the handover, Etilu said the intervention was part of her commitment to addressing the concerns raised by the people of Amuria and ensuring that her leadership delivers tangible benefits to the communities she represents.

She emphasized the importance of working closely with communities to identify pressing needs and find practical solutions that can improve people's livelihoods and access to essential services.
